How to search passport and insert it

To search for a passport and insert it into group card

 select Find passport

Insert passport number to find it .

Note: the following steps for insert passport into printing & operations. 

 First select Printing & Operations from Umra list 

Then press on insert passport to display search window

Insert the passport number 

There are four options to search for passport and insert it into case c

1.Using name of Mutamer

1. Using name of group
2. Using passport number
3. Using travel date

Note: you can search for all passport when you select show all

When you select the date of travel

all passports that related to the selected date will be appear on the search window 

More than one condition can be used at the same time to find the desired result, such as specifying a name of group and searching for a specific passport number into it

The search result can be controlled by:

1. Show all
2. Show passports have MOFA
3. Show passports have E number
4. Show passports have no MOFA
5. Show passports have no E numbers
6. Show passports have visa No
   
   

In the following picture the option “show passports that got a visa” was chosen

If the Show all option is selected, the remaining selected options are ignored and all passports are displayed

You can sort the appearance of passports in the search window ascending or descending by:

1. group name
2. Passport number
3. Name of Mutamer
4. Group date

You can select one passport or several passports to insert what you need into case card

 Finally, the selected passports will list on the case card

Or you can insert all passports into case card

Note: The travel date can be specified in the data window in a group card
