Read Birth Place Issue Date &Issue Place Automatically                

      Via Virgo Offline       

From setting > umrah setting

From the enterface at the above click on "Hajj"  and choose "create Hajj group" ,or click on the one at the bottom .

Enter Group Name and click "create". 

Click New Passport and scan passport via passport scanner

For the first time scanning, choose infrared photo.

Then ,highlight the birth place and click on "birth place".

Note you have to do the same thing for issue date & issue place for first time scanning

Note: feeding passports via electronic reading is required from Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for both Hajj & Umrah.

After scanning the passport, notice that Virgo Offline system will automatically retrieve all passport fields such as Birth Place – Issue Place & Issue Date.

Then click add.
