Import Goup from Bab ALUmrah                             

Enter Bab Al Umrah website

Choose from upper menu (Reports > Mutamer Embassy Report)

In the search window type the group number and click Preview

Note If no window is shown, you need to allow pop-ups from site

In the new window, click icon Export this report

Choose (File Format > Microsoft Excel (97-2003) Data-only) and click Export

Save file window will appear

By the same way, download Mutamer data details file (Group file)

From reports menu choose Mutamer data details

Enter group No then click Get Report

Click Export To Excel

In group card

from upper menu click (Import > Import from Bab AL Umrah > Excel Files)

Import files menu will appear

Select the contract and browse Group file and MOFA file then click import.

The group will be imported as shown.
